Located in Changji, Xinjiang, this coal processing facility was engineered and constructed by Zhenyuan Technology. The installation features an industrial-grade heavy-duty feeding and breaking system, incorporating a two-stage crushing process paired with single-stage screening. This configuration efficiently reduces raw coal from an initial input size of 1200mm down to a precisely graded output of 0-120mm. With a processing capacity ranging from 2000 to 2500 tons per hour, the crushing station integrates three key pieces of specialized equipment: one TP1620m Feeder Breaker unit, a 2PLF120/250 Secondary Mineral Sizer, and an HS30005400 Sliding Screen for particle size classification.
