Zhenyuan Technology has completed the construction of a cutting-edge limestone crushing and screening plant in Huangshi, Hubei Province. This state-of-the-art facility incorporates a heavy-duty feeding system, complemented by a two-stage crushing and two-stage screening process, designed to handle raw limestone (including high-calcium limestone) with input sizes up to 1200mm. The plant produces a diverse range of finished products, including sand, aggregate, and flux stone, with particle sizes ranging from 0-3.5mm to 50-80mm, catering to various industrial and construction needs.
The plant is outfitted with a comprehensive set of machinery to ensure efficient operations. Two ZBWJ2000*10m apron feeders manage the initial material intake, providing a steady flow to the crushing stages. For size reduction, the facility employs two ZYPC2226 and two ZYPC1620 heavy hammer crushers, delivering robust performance for both primary and secondary crushing. The screening process is handled by eight 3SYKH3685 circular vibrating screens and two 2SYKH3075 circular vibrating screens, ensuring precise classification of materials. Additionally, two VSI6X1263 vertical shaft impact crushers are integrated to refine the product to meet strict quality standards.
