This state-of-the-art facility implements a two-stage crushing process that efficiently reduces raw coal from an input size of 1000mm to a precisely graded output size of 0-80mm. Designed for large-scale operations, the processing plant achieves an impressive capacity range of 2000-2500 tons per hour. The equipment configuration includes one TP16*20m Feeder Breaker, complemented by two secondary mineral sizers: a 2PLF100/300 unit and a 2PLF80/200 unit, working in tandem to ensure optimal particle size reduction and screening efficiency.
